Arghya Ganguli

Founder & CEO

Arghya is an Artificial Intelligence leader with 2 decades of experience into technical and strategy consulting across industries. He has set up AI capabilities for firms in US & India from scratch as an entrepreneur and also advised clients for Ernst & Young, Accenture, TransUnion, inVentiv Health & SAS in his prior lives. As a lead for financial services in Ernst & Young, India he managed clients with their collection strategies and international expansion plans. In TransUnion he led the development and implementation of the CIBIL TU Score, the largest analytics product in terms of revenue in India. He managed the India Analytics CoE for inVentiv Health where he led various US pharmaceutical market research & analytics projects spanning multiple therapeutic areas. As a management consultant for Accenture he advised energy, telecom, automotive, manufacturing and retail clients for performance improvement on both sides of the Atlantic. He also worked for SAS Institute at Cary, NC, USA early in his career. He holds a BS & MS (Stat.) from Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata.

Smita DiPierro

Vice President, Business Development

Smita has 20+ years of experience in analytics consulting in the US. She is an expert in evaluating marketing effectiveness with the focus on the accuracy of ROI measurement of marketing campaigns. Prior to her current role Smita worked for several global companies and healthcare consulting firms helping them make better decisions that optimize marketing spend across a broad array of products and channels. Her contributions included the integration of primary and secondary research with advanced statistical techniques to evaluate key drivers of market share and customer satisfaction. Smita is also experienced in designing and conducting primary research and quantitative studies across payers, pharmacists, patients and physicians across multiple therapy areas. Earlier in her career Smita held leadership analytics positions at Bed Bath & Beyond, JP Morgan Chase and AT&T. She also served entrepreneurial and academic positions in a private college for 5 years. She is a Ph.D. (ABD) in Economics from Stony Brook University, New York.
